Hey fellow Titans!
We have Marketing Campaign as a custom field on our job booking screen and lately whenever I am booking a call, the box is greyed out and I can't change it unless I book the job and go back in and edit it. Has anyone else dealt with this or have any ideas why this is happening?

We have had that issue occasionally however it is with the tag field. Only fix we have found it logging out & logging back in & it will be a bit before it happens again.

There is a permission for editing custom fields on the call booking screen I believe, I would double check permissions for the call booking screen and see if that resolves it.

I checked that. I have full permissions. I didn't have trouble with this until recently.
