We are constantly texting our technicians through the Dispatch Board. A nice feature would be for us to somehow get a notification that stands out on the Dispatch Board when the technician texts us back. With so many techs that are constantly dispatching/arriving, sometimes the message that you texted to the technicians gets thrown to the bottom and unless you're actively looking for their response, it could easily get missed. Is there a way to make these responses back from the techs either trigger a response to our email inbox OR have it make an alert noise, turn a certain color, etc?
