Recurring Service Events

Is there a way when you are in the chat section and booking a recurring service event for the job details to automatically be entered (pop up) instead of having to enter it all in?  Hope that makes sense.

You can preset what you want in each of the job types by going to your settings - job type - edit - and then summary. It will the prepopulate that summary for that job type each time. We have this set for each of our job types (including our re-occuring services) so we don't have to type it in each time and can just update or delete anything that is not pertaining to that specific job. We also have questions for each person to ask the customer in the summary so that they can get the information needed for each call. Hope this helps.

You can create your recurring services with a job summary, but it won't autofill any custom fields you have.

When you book a recurring service, ensure you are clicking on the "recurring service" button closer to the bottom of the job booking screen.
