We have noticed that unassigned jobs do not always move forward each day. We do not check them daily and found some lost since they didn't move forward from January. Are there any settings we need to change?
I made a report for the CSR manager that has them on there. She then can run this report and see them all based on the time frame selected in the report.

If you are looking at them on the tray on the dispatch board, they will only go back 30 days...I didn't honestly think that they moved forward every day as they have a scheduled date on the job.
