I've had a realtor have us out to do inspections on 3 different locations, added them under the realtor office. Booked 2 of the jobs, now under the home owners name. how do I deleted the job location from under the realtor bill too?
Are there any features on the dispatch board for "on call" technicians? It would be great to see by looking at the dispatch board, see which technician is on call.
Why can I not run a report of all my memberships in alphabetical order by last name? Really, who runs a report by first name when you are looking for a customer?
Locations should be at the Top of the page, not all the way down at the bottom. Has ST thought about this change?
How do I get CHAT to ding like Dispatch? If I'm on a different screen I can't see that someone sent a chat. Would be nice if it made a ding like dispatch or just a noise in general.
Is anyone else having a problem with the system creating a "Project" everytime a "Lead" is created? When we create a "Lead" the system is creating a "Project" and that isn't what we want to do. We do want the connection information but not a "Project" job#.
We only do work in Nevada (NV). Is there a way to set NV as default setting when booking calls or updating customer address's? I feel this takes up so much time, when it is not necessary and leaves more room for error.
I would like to suggest adding an area to put in a "title" for a person. For instance, if a customer is Pat Smith, is this a male or female Pat? This would also be especially helpful as we have many customer's with foreign names.
