ST Research - Short follow-up study on Contact Center Pro (CCP)

My name is Daniel and I'm a user experience researcher at ServiceTitan.
You might remember seeing a post from me asking for study participation on CCP last month (or even for other products).
This time, I have a quick follow-up study to that recent CCP test.
(You don't need to have participated in that one, but if you did you might recognize some aspects in this new test. It's OK either way!)

This new study is also on CCP and has just 2 tasks featuring designs based on recent feedback.
You can take this unmoderated usability study at your own time, and it should take ~5 minutes to finish.
