Schedule Assistant - Driving Efficiency v. First Available

Hi hi - 

Currently, when using schedule assistant, the list is sorted by driving efficiency. With this default, it is consistently showing the technician who already has a booked schedule since he's the closest. Makes sense. But, is there a way to sort by first available by default instead?
