Hey everyone,
We are experiencing a lot of customers stating that we are coming up as spam when we are out bounding out of Service Titan. Does anyone know a way that we can update the out-going number so that it refreshes as a new number? Are you able to do that in Service Titan?

Same issues here, we've done all the steps many times ----still the same issue... any other great fixes out there? any way we can find the issue and actually get the right verbiage to make the correct "fix" to make it stop.... ANY help would be appreciated. Thank you

We had this problem 7 or 8 months ago. The way we resolved it was by working with our ST CSM. The first problem we had was that ST and Jive did not have the correct call back number being sent to the caller id. Since some random number was being used, it got flagged as spam. Our CSM sent us a form that listed the call back number(s) that was/were to be used on all outbound calls. They then used that to change the ST and Jive interface so that that became the call back number. They then determined which phone services, (Verizon, AT&T, etc.) were flagging that as spam and contacted those phone companies so they would stop flagging. Speak with you CSM. He probably won't be able to help you himself, but if you relay this information to him, he might be able to put you in contact with the right people to fix it.

Thanks Steve, I have watched this and done all that he said. A few months later, it is still happening.
