Currently , we can not schedule an appointment for say..7pm. We have to schedule for 5pm and just work in order that they were received.

You can also adjust your business hours and tech shifts to allow them to go later into the day. (:

I think this is a permissions thing? We have our main booking hours as being 8am-4pm but as a main CSR I can book an appointment with an arrival window of lets say 5-7pm. When I click "book" it will let me know that I am about to book a job outside of normal hours and asks if I am sure. I would touch base with your ST admin and see if they can change the settings and allow you permission to book outside of normal business hours or if they can change your business hours. 🙂 Hope this helps!

Have you tried changing or adding arrival windows in settings under operations then arrival windows? We have an arrival window set 5-7 p.m. then, from the call screen, we can select custom and enter a time.
