I am all about goal setting, mapping, and obtaining!! What is your goals for your company that you want to achieve??

Mine:

• Team building (admin)
• Marketing 
• Grow FB and Instagram by 3k followers
• Monthly analysis for ROI 
• Budget analysis and planning
• Forecasting 5years 
• Training videos and planning, curriculum 
• Admin 
• Service 
• Install
• Website changes 
• Inventory management 
• Employee retention and advancement 
• ST internal training SOP’s

Learn to love myself for more than the way I look! 

Make Fitness and Wellness a priority.

Create a self care routine! 

Business goals: 

Become another Certified Admin for our company

Boost our Social Medias to raise visibility

Build our Marketing Strategies to boost leads and memberships

Personal goals - understand my own value and apply changes accordingly in life.

Business Goals:

• Become 100% Paperless for Project Coordination using Service Titan
• Become a Certified Administrator
• Migrate the last few features we still have at our company that have been around since the dawn of man into Service Titan finally - 
  • Some of the processes here are old, and so are those who manage them.  It's a bit of a struggle explaining that there is a new, better, faster, and easier way to do things.  This will take time, patience, and eventually building trust.  We will get there!
• Get to a point where I can manage up to 50 projects at once.  It isn't in danger of happening, but I want to streamline my process so that it could be done
• Save up for a car
• Go see Depeche Mode twice 🙂

woops, i didn't mean to accept this as the solution ... lol.

just here to say that when you say that there are some more "antiquated" ways that things are done around the business .... i feel that on a spiritual level! i too am in the process of trying to modernize things for the sake of efficiency. we will get there!

-Boost our social media (it's very barren right now 😖)

-Set up ACP

-Get everyone using the dispatch board instead of the schedule board for daily schedule management

-ST Admin Cert

-Establish a quarterly newsletter that goes out to our customers

-Attend any other CSR/Dispatch trainings made available
