Adding Additional Ways to Track Scheduled Appointments and Making it Customizable

We have several jobs that we have to keep an eye on and it would make that so much easier for us if we could add customizable tabs at the bottom of the dispatch board. The ones that keep track of the status of the job. 

Things like Waiting on Parts, Waiting on Customer, Waiting on Approval and more (customizable) is what would be an amazing addition to this program.

Do you not use the hold feature?  You can create hold reasons to break them down further.  Hold is at the bottom of the board now.  You can also go to the search page, Select Jobs, then select job status "Hold" to pull them all up.

Another option is to use a special tag, search for that tag... but you have to remember to remove it once the part arrive or what have you.
