Is there an option to select to show job was completed from Calendar view? Or is there a way to marked it with a specific color? Our calendar is viewable to everyone in the front office by a large tv monitor, it would be nice to have some sort of a separation between the jobs (booked, completed, hold etc.) on the calendar so we can follow up with our techs.

I know that this doesn't necessarily help you with the calendar view, but I normally use the tray below the dispatch board to monitor calls that are "Done" in "Alert", etc. This helps me manage calls throughout the day and they can be filtered, if the list is long and you're looking for something specific.
