I am new to service titan and this community discussion board, so forgive me if this is an old topic. I did search and didn't find anything yet, so here is my issue/question or suggestion for future improvement...
I would like it if the emailed booking confirmation would provide a link for the client to click that would mark the specific appointment as confirmed by the client. We don't have texting capabilities, so if it's something available in texts that's not an option for us.
Does anyone know if this feature already exists? If not I'm hoping this gets added to the que.

Could you include in the body of the email to reply with 'c' or confirmed?
