I searched mildly to find if there was a relevant conversation to no avail.
We’re a smaller company so obviously messaging systems like Slack and Teams are outside our budget. We use to old school with the group chats and personal numbers but the bigger we get the more we are trying to move into a professional direction. We currently use discord because it’s brilliant and why not? However it’s not reliable. In spotty service areas it sucks, it’s great for messaging but we use it for calling/debrief with technicians also.
We know ServiceTitan has the ability to call out to technicians and we’ve love using it. But how do you manage debrief? Can they call into a specifically ported number and it doesn’t affect the office line? I’ve seen some users have a technician profile, this works great but sometimes I’m in the office alone and need to be able to drop the technician and pick up the customer phone call and may not know another call is coming in.
Could I pick your brains and see how you all do it? I don’t need specifics or insider secrets, general idea will work.
