Hi Everyone!

I am looking for some feedback about Dispatch Pro. Does it look into the future to assign jobs that are in the job tray? If so, how often and how far ahead?😊

The standard is today and the next three days, so a total of four days.  They recently added an option for one more day, so we had our settings changed to the max which is five days.  The reason we moved to five days is because we ran into issues with the weekend and needing to know what Monday was going to look like because we deliver parts to our techs on Friday night for Monday.

It does look into the future and if I remember right it's every hour for any day that's not the current day.  (Every 5 minutes for the current day) My understanding is, if the job is in the job tray it will schedule it, unless DP is turned off for that job.

We have only been on DP for a month now.
