Is there a way to hide a specific tech on a certain day if they're not available? Example: I have 3 techs who don't work Friday. I would like for them to not appear on my Friday schedule. I realize there is an edit button to "check in" in the settings, but that has to be done every week for each tech.
Hi Tiffany, you set up a separate team for the group of technicians and then collapse their team group on the dispatch board, or filter the view for the day to hide that team group that you created on those days only.
There isn't a way to automatically hide them...but you could put a grey block on them that repeats so that it is visible that they are not in on Friday's.
