We often have to assign multiple tech to a job. When we do, even though the tech may have the same position, skills or abilities, we need to identify one of that to 'take the lead'. We have internal processes that one person has to do on each job and would like a way to assign one of the techs as the person responsible for those duties. This indicator needs to be something that will show up on the mobile app for the tech to see. Does anyone have a similar scenario and have they found any solutions?
