I think it would be a great idea to have the technicians be able to see their dispatch time and working time shown on their Ipads to bill the customer accordingly. I also think it would be beneficial to have it displayed in minutes so we can invoice the customer the correct amount while on site. is anyone else running into this issue? we can see it on the computer side of ST but not the mobile side, so I would think it would be a simple fix Service Titan could add to make sure companies are charging enough at each job while on site.
