SMS Metrics on Dashboard

We would like for the dashboard to display SMS Messages Metrics for CSR Metrics monitoring.

There is a CSR Manager Dashboard available. When you are on your Dashboard screen, at the top left corner there is a dropdown by Modular Dashboard. Click on CSR Manager Dashboard. In the upper right corner there is an edit button. Click on that. There is several options from there to add modules. Click add module>Module type>KPI. Under template select SMS Sent.
