Shifts

None of our employees work 9-5 shifts.  Why is this the only default option?  My techs work 7-4 my office works 8-5 and we work shifts 8-4.  There needs to be flexibility.

We were talking about the default times for PTO etc.  We have to manually change these every time we enter everything.  Assuming most people do - does anyone only work 9-5 anymore?

Hi @jhuck, 

I believe you are referring to Technician shifts, right? When navigating to Schedule tab> Technician Shifts > Create Shift> you should see various time options both for Start Time and End Time. 

Please provide more information if this is not what you're looking for and I can take a look at this for you.
