My guys only see the job they're dispatched to. However, sometimes I need to communicate to them that they need to get a tool from the office for let's say job #3. 

How do I communicate that with the techs in the morning about something they can't see?

We set ours up where the guys can see their whole day's appointments. But if there is a reason you don't want to do that you could alert them via the chat feature right from the dispatch board or use the Content portal.
