We will add an appointment to an existing job for the same day when a manager needs to go assist or we need to send additional help. When doing this the customer gets double confirmation texts and dispatch notifications. I would like to see an option in the customer notification settings to "Limit notifications when multiple appointments are scheduled for the same day" similar to the "Limit dispatch notifications when multiple techs are dispatched" option that already exists within the dispatch notification.
