We would like to customize the confirmation and reminder appointments by business unit - is that possible?

I am wondering this as well. There doesn't seem to be that sort of functionality at the moment and some of our business units are a disaster with data input [I know that's a management issue, but I can't see it changing any time soon and I have little control over it]. I want this feature on for those that don't have data input problems as this will streamline A LOT of communication problems.
