Where and how do I add a Service Manager to my dispatch board. Every once in awhile he runs a call but wont let me close him, says managed technician

You can always create a "bucket"/person on your dispatch board- we use unassigned service for things like this.

they charge you extra per person on the dispatch board.

You have to add a time sheet from a managed tech for him to close out the job
