Hi everyone, I'm experiencing an issue where QuickBooks crashes every time I try to send an email directly from the software. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Any suggestions on troubleshooting or fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!

QuickBooks may crash when sending emails due to conflicts or configuration issues. Common causes include:

  1. Email Client Issues: Ensure your email client (like Outlook) is up-to-date and properly configured. Repair the email client if needed.

  2. Corrupt QuickBooks Installation: Update or reinstall QuickBooks to fix potential software corruption.

  3. Conflicting Software: Disable antivirus or firewall temporarily to check if they’re causing conflicts.

  4. Data File Issues: Verify and rebuild your QuickBooks company file using File > Utilities.

  5. Permissions Issues: Run QuickBooks as an administrator by right-clicking the QuickBooks icon and selecting Run as Administrator.

If problems persist, contact QuickBooks support for further help.
