Ryan,
If the video is hosted online, you can create a MarketingPro recurring campaign that automatically emails the customer based on Job Type booked or a tag that is created. Set the audience so that the campaign pulls customers that are scheduled and exclude customers that have already had this job type or tag with a job status of "hold", "canceled", or "completed". Probably the easiest way to do this without losing any hair. 😀

So we have marketing pro here and it is possible to actually setup a dynamic audience to where you can create an email campaign that will send when scheduled job date arrives or when the job is completed through Service Titan. For example in this campaign you could easily attach your video and the other information needed.
Keep in mind though, we specifically have a Marketing employee that handles this somewhat time consuming task. It could be very time consuming if you wanted to do every job type (depending on your number of job types).

hey Alex, so I actually called service titan. They basically said that exact thing. They currently will only be able to handle it going to all job types though, not individual job types. Somewhat of a bummer for us because we were going to create different videos for each job type but now we will probably just do one company video instead of job types. They said to create a url to the video and add it into the message section.

Could you add a URL to a landing page that houses your different videos for each job type? You're website company should be able to create a landing for you.

Hi,
Could you possibly customize the link that is sent to those specific customer job types? If so you could easily upload the video to your company YouTube account and copy the link from YouTube and then paste it as the dispatch notification but I am not sure if it is possible to send a specific dispatch text from a job type to do that.
