Benchmarks for system replacement estimates sold on site vs accepted later

Less that 40% of our replacement estimates are closed on site and almost half of our estimates are emailed to the customer and accepted on line at a later date. How are your customers buying from you?

The functionality is great. I was wondering if others are closing most of their replacement estimates on site or via e-sign. We are closing less than 40% of our sales on site.
