Is anyone out there teaching/encouraging their techs to use ChatGPT to help them write quotes/estimates and invoice summaries?
If so, are you getting a positive response from your techs or how has that process been?
Interesting idea! I know from the office side, there is TI that can help with invoice summaries but nothing for the field (yet).
It might be a good idea to create various proposal and estimate templates for the techs to use and have the office use ChatGPT to help create them so that it is easier in the field for the techs?
