Is it possible to edit the sold on date for sold estimates?

We just switched over to Service Titan earlier this month, we had some issues with sales jobs that ported over from our old system. Some of the older jobs were not linked to a project causing the installation to not associate to the sales job. Because they came from the old operating system there is no estimate in those jobs so they are counting as no sales because nothing in the lead was converted. I know I can create a project, attach the existing install job, and add/sell an estimate in that original job but the problem is now they are all showing as sold on 11/1 and I need them to count in October. Is it possible to edit the sale date?

Yes, hit the edit pencil in the estimate then scroll to the bottom and adjust the sold on date

Hi @kim_carney21 -- if the invoice is not exported you should be able to edit the estimate sale date by going to to the estimate>click the pencil icon to edit estimate>update estimate: scroll down to "sold on date" and put the date you want to reflect>hit save and a popup box will appear notifying you that job opportunity date will be changed to match the sold on date, it will ask you to confirm you want to continue. Before doing any of this, you should run it by your CSM team to ensure it will not impact anything else. Hope this helps!
