A customer can accept and sign an estimate online however the online estimate link does not allow a customer to make a deposit for the work. ServiceTitan should give customers the ability to make a deposit for their estimates online when they accept and sign the quote. Currently the only way they can make a payment online is if the invoice link is sent to them. A lot of companies practice for larger jobs is a deposit is required prior to booking the work which would make this a more streamlined process.
