Contractor Disclosure Forms

It is our states law that we have a contractor disclosure form signed from residential homeowners if we are going to perform work to change property that exceeds 2000.00 
In discussing with Service Titan, I have not come up with a solution to do this through service titan as you can not request e sign through office side?  Has anyone found a work around for this besides using a different software?

We haven't found a way unless the technician gets it signed in the field by the homeowner. We send a separate document via Adobe Sign and then have a tag that we add to the customer once it's signed.
