Scheduling with Contractors

We have recently discussed adding General Contractors to our list of clientele. Our challenge is how to set them up in Service Titan.  Our goal is to be able to send the estimate to the General Contractor without sending it to the homeowner.  Also, the homeowner is required to sign the Construction Lien forms and we currently have those forms attached to the estimates we send.  How do you set up your Contractor clientele? Is the Contractor the customer, and the homeowner added as the location? Or do you put the homeowner as the customer and add the Contractor as a contact? TIA!

We have the contractor set up as the customer and the homeowner as the location. Once the work is complete we make the homeowner the customer and merge the locations.
