Tech sold an estimate, customer has cancelled, I dont want to see it in my reports etc, is there a way to UNSELL an estimate?

If it hasn't been booked into a job yet, and you want to keep the estimate information, you can navigate to the invoice screen where the estimate was created, create a duplicate of the original estimate and delete the sold estimate. That way the estimate remains as a follow-up opportunity but isn't sold. Hope that helps!

Thanks for reaching out - you can absolutely unsell an estimate. If it's unsigned, you can navigate to the opportunity and select "unsell". If it is signed, you can remove the tasks from the estimate and then unsell it. More details and step by step instructions here: Unsell sold estimates
