We have the approval link set up every time we email an estimate they send an approval link. Is there a way we can get an email notification when a customer approves an estimate?

When they approve the estimate by clicking, you should get an "alert."
Perhaps the alerts aren't being directed to the correct email addresses? Someone who has done this longer than I will be able to give more details about that setup, I'm sure.

Thank You! When I read your comment I looked up alert in the settings. I saw where I can add this as an alert!
