Hi ST users and community members.
How do you track 'marketing campaigns' when you send a customer an 'estimate' that is not associated with a 'job'?
We have customers who contact us through phone, text, email, contact forms, etc. and want an estimate over the phone. The problem here is that there is not a field for 'marketing campaign' on estimates. A few days later when the customer wants to 'book' their 'estimate' into a job, there is not an easy way to know where that customer came from, especially if the customer is brand new and hasn't contacted us before. CSRs have to look at customer file, emails, text logs just to find the source.
