Cordelia, these articles are really helpful. 

It would be great to see them all hosted in a section of the Knowledge Base for "Troubleshooting" to make them easier to browse. There could even be a section for Troubleshooting added to the FAQ page for each area of the software and these could be hosted there.

I see they all live under https://help.servicetitan.com/problem-solution but that is not a published page in the Knowledge Base Table of Contents.

Thanks for the feedback, and hearing you loud and clear! It's actually something we'd started working on and which we expect will be part of upcoming changes we'll be making to the KB.
