Based on your feedback, the team is adding the ability to itemize the exact list of required materials while creating the agreement. This will allow for the most accurate estimation of material costs possible, and will help to feed data to the purchasing / purchase order creation workflow. We plan to include this update in our summer release.

There are also 'quick update' options for renewal agreements, allowing you to update the material cost estimates for a renewal with a single click.
