Although I recommend when diving into the Tag topic to have a game plan up front. We went a little tag crazy in the beginning and it can be overwhelming especially for CSRs. I would have certain colors mean certain things, ie blue could mean a particular tech only, or green for customers with memberships, etc...

I dunno if I am overthinking this. But, why don't you just go into settings and make the tag?
