What is even the point of offering to export reports to Excel if ServiceTitan can't even manage to separate the data into separate cells?! Getting a list of customer emails should be a simple task, but any account with multiple emails will export every email on the account into the same cell. No other program will accept or be able to read the data this way. The only way to fix this and make it usable is to MANUALLY go through thousands of records and edit the data line by line. It takes at least 2 days to get through, which is time I don't have for nonsense that should be a basic function of the program!

Definitely use the Text to Columns in Excel! Here's a helpful article on how to do it: Split text into different columns with the Convert Text to Columns Wizard
Another option: if you have Marketing Pro, you can build your audience in the Audience Builder and export that list to Excel; it will have one email address in each cell.

Hey Jackieth, in excel go to the data tab, and select "text to columns", select delimited based on comma value. This should separate the emails into individual cells.
