We have to print our forms out and there are many times where the formatting is so off that there are 3 inches of space between "questions". I really wish there was a way to condense that and have less empty space and less paper/ink. Any ideas on how to fix?? Or is it something on ST side that they need to change if enough people ask?

Creating our own forms inside of ServiceTitan

Are you using ST form? or a custom

I did think about that, but I'm pretty sure we looked into it before and there was a reason pdf wouldn't work for us.

Hi Shannon! You can always make your form into a PDF which will "lock" everything into place after created. You can either convert it or create from scratch using PDF Escape (https://www.pdfescape.com/) and then upload into ServiceTitan. Hope this helps! 🙂

Hey Shannon- can I ask the platform you are using to create the forms?

We created it inside ServiceTitan. I know that we can do a PDF, but I feel like there was a reason that wouldn't work for us. We need drop down boxes, places to put pictures, etc. I worried I will put time into creating the pdf and it won't work for us.
