Hi Service Titan Community Members,
We should get praise from our customers when we give them a deal!
Sadly they will never know.
When Add-On Task pricing saves the customer money the customer never knows. The tech never gets credit for this generosity. And the customer has no idea of the amount saved.
I would propose that if Add-On Task pricing is used on the estimate or invoice the savings are stated so the customer sees the discount given. Similar to saving by memberships.

Hi @ron_b - This is a great idea and seems like it would add value to the interactions with your customers. I'm wondering if someone has already suggested the same idea. Head over to Ideas and search for COMMUNITY-I-429 or COMMUNITY-I-574. Be sure to add your vote to one or both of the ideas, add a comment or two to further refine the existing idea, OR create your own idea, if the other ideas to match what you'd like to see.
