Issue uploading multiple images and attachments to the customer records

Is anyone else having an issue with uploading multiple images and/or attachments to the customer record?  I used to be able to upload a bunch of files at once but now it says it's loading them but just doesn't.  I have to upload each one individually which takes a lot of time sometimes.  I'm not sure if something happened for everyone or if it's just an issue on our account.

Thanks.  Unfortunately clearing my cookies and cache didn't work.  The issue also affects my assistant as well so I'm going to reach out to support.

Well again how frustrating. I hope they resolve your issue!

That is very frustrating. I just tried and we do not seem to be having the same issue. I know this may sound silly but every time I have an odd issue they tell me to clear cookies and my cache and sometimes (not always) it helps.
