Does anyone else have loss of information when batching/exporting invoices/payments. The service location no longer creates or matches invoices to that location. It puts everything in the parent company. It doesn't carry over payment terms. email addresses. Doesn't match/apply payments. it strips all the important information.

I have mentioned this to Service Titan support multiple times for a long time now. I either get "they don't deal with that side of things" or "they will open a ticket / escalate it to be looked at" it never gets looked at. I don't have confidence that it will be resolved.

Was the technical specialist able to provide a solution? I see that it was escalated as you mentioned, but not able to find the solution.
