Support Idea - Grouping Cases

Just an idea I had as when we are experiencing issues, many companies reach out to facebook or here on community to see if others are experiencing the same. 

It would be wonderfully transparent if of the support page we could search open cases and be added to already open cases let support know that we are experiencing the same thing. It would be amazing as well if it listed the tests performed with previous companies to save time with support having to refresh and delete cookies etc etc.
