Greetings! Our company just implemented Service Titan last week and welcomed a new receptionist onboard. We're currently looking to assess the progress of their training, but we're unsure about accessing this information post the go-live phase. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated!
I also am a huge advocate for the Next area. In that area you can listen to calls and then try booking a call using that information and then give feedback on what the trainee does.
Good Morning, You will want someone with administrative permissions to go to the following section of Service Titan.
The below will give you an overview on the progress of the assigned training.
Academy>>Admin>>Users>>Users>>"Select Individuals Name">>User Transcript(Located on the right hand side in blue under "Actions")
