Have you ever wondered how to handle your customer & location records when customers move and/or sell properties to each other? Or the best way to organize customer/location notes?

I tested this and all of the recurring services came over. I tested booking a new job under the new owner and the recurring service events were listed as options to choose. What clean up of the maintenance events should be done before doing this? And can I clear these from the new owners account?

Hi Danielle! I personally recommend canceling memberships before doing these transfers. If you have recurring services on the location that are separate from a membership, I would deactivate them.
If your customer moved to another house and wants to bring their membership with them, there is actually a configuration that your CSM can turn on that will let you transfer the membership to their new profile (note - I've never played with this configuration, I do know that there are some cases in which it will not work depending on how your memberships are configured).
