We are a commercial HVAC-R company and I see in the customer portal it is set up for invoices. We would like to use the customer portal for customers to keep track of what was done at their sites but not for invoicing. Is there a way to set up the customer portal to get the work orders at the close of the job??? I see that you can toggle the different invoices on and off which is perfect we can just keep them all off. I have customers that have 30+ sites with up to 15/20 units per site. The ability to set up the portal for them to jump in and see what was done at a site for a unit by looking at the work order would be huge!
