I have been having issues with Service Titan and invoices that need adjustments with deactivated employees/technicians. I do not understand why we have to go into the technicians and re-activate an old employee, then change them to managed tech, do my correction, and then HOPE that I go back in and un-manage them and deactivate. If I do not I will be charged, today I received a 70.00 invoice from Service Titan because "managed" a tech who no longer works for us just to fix an error. Then I had another issue where we have a "sales tech" that is unmanaged but we had 2 invoices to fix an error from way back and I had to manage - twice and then I had another fix the same invoice and it told me I could not do it until the 30 day hold is completed. NONE of this makes sense to me. Why are we having to do 3 times the work to do an adjustment and then pay for it. I messaged support and that was the exact way for us to fix the error and I said there has to be another way and the support said no. THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY!

I will say that the $70 charge was for something else but it seems to be a LOT of extra work to make a correction!
