Can an invoice or estimate be created without an appointment?

A bit more on what @Sheena_Palacios said is that there is a build estimate button at the bottom of the booking screen like this if you are set up for it.  POS (office) estimates are slightly different in how they are sold.

Hi @Mariana1 --yes, managed techs have the ability to create manual invoices that are not attached to a job. If you're trying to create it from the office side, you will use the POS transaction which requires setup!
