Hello, Do any one have a templates I can use, I would like to create forms for my technicians to use. Thank in advance.

@cheg_fre If you go to settings and then TitanExchange there are all sorts of options for forms for several different industries. You can also go to Settings>Forms> and add your own form or import one.
